Had this in my cart waiting for a price drop and saw that it dropped from $509 to $429 today.
Lowest price I've seen for 44mm with cellular.

You don't have to activate or use the cellular if you don't want to. I bought an cellular Apple Watch last year with the intent to use cellular it but never did.

If you are not going to use it, don't get it. I just sold my Series 4 cellular version for the same rate as the non cellular version posted on used websites. The resale value might be $15 more at the max compared to the non cellular version. The used market does not show interest on cellular versions of the watch. Just my 2 cents.
Edit: Since the cellular version is just $14 more for you, then it makes sense.

Increase resale value? Mmmm Im not sure about that, I have the S4 Stainless Steel versión and the resale value is not much than the regular GPS.
