ONN is now their house brand. Basically Vizio got too big to sell that cheap at Walmart.

I bought a Vizio in 2011 when it was still small apparently. That's very interesting. How did it get to where it was is today?

They just went after a bigger market with higher end tv. Vizio was actually always good just got too good to price their stuff at Walmart basement prices. No opinions on onn stuff. From my experience about onn dash cams is they are just rebranding other companies stuff.

They consistently kept improving year over year dishing out products that can match big boys Samsung and LG.

I can't speak to the long-term quality but I bought their 50 inch roku onn TV about a week and a half ago and I'm very impressed. Easily as high quality as my tcl I bought at Costco 2 or 3 years ago. This price seems pretty darn good, thanks to roku OS.

Not surprising at this price, but this is only 60hz. Good price if you need a 60" 4K Smart TV in general, though.

I purchased the onn 65 inch 4K roku tv about a month ago. If this is anything like it, it's pretty decent in quality and cosmetics. Extremely thin bezels, very lightweight and the picture quality looks great.
I wasn't aware that roku closes their ecosystem so you cannot pair any Bluetooth speakers or soundbars wirelessly unless it's a roku speak or soundbar. There are work arounds for this like using your phone and pairing the phone to the speakers but just be aware. Also, no HDMI 2.1 or 120hz for any of the new series x or ps5 users.
I have a lot of iOS devices and roku supporting AirPlay is a huge plus for me. Watched the Tyson fight this way the other night.

They're playing fast and loose with their specs:
Quote :
57.5" screen (measured diagonally from corner to corner)
IMO, a 60" TV is not 57.5 inches.

Bought a 50" 4k for the price of 42" 1080p at $88. So far its been good. Has airplay to connect my iphone or ipad, has built in Roku, The only problem is it keeps losing sound despite being updated. There are multiple solutions such as unplug it, restart it via the settings or press multiple buttons which I found on Youtube. Press Home button 5 times, Up, rewind 2 times and fast forward 2 times. I just restart it via the settings. Wish it didn't have the sound problem but for $88, I can't complain.

Can attest, same audio issue keeps happening to me. Mine send to occur if the tv goes to sleep and when you wake it up there's no sound and you have to unplug the tv or reset it in settings. Very annoying!

Hello, would you mind elaborating on the the "using your phone and pairing the phone to the speakers" part? I am having the same issue of not being able to use my bluetooth headphones, but not sure how you can use your phone as a bridge as you describe?

Onn tvs look just way too cheap in person. I was able to snag the $228 65inch about a month ago, and returned it bc it looked so cheap lol.
