It looks like there is an adhesive on the magnetic base? Isn't that going to damage the paint on the wall?

Basically, you get a removable adhesive magnet pad to stick to the wall. Your photo is in a frame which has a portion of the backing that sticks to the magnetic pad. There's also a plastic stand built into the frame, so you can display it on a shelf or table.
Again, they claim the magnetic pad is removable but, as with most adhesives, I wouldn't recommend applying it to freshly painted walls. If you remove the magnetic pad from a wall, I'm not sure how you would magnetically mount the frame to another wall, unless Walgreens sells replacement pads.

I just got them. Looks like you have an adhesive magnetic backing and the photos just stick to the backing.
