Ive been using 2 of these this semester that i purchased in August for 105 each. Assembly is stupidly easy.
Have used them for college engineering work with no problem and some non-serious rocket league. While it obviously doesnt look as good as a $600 monitor, it is more than enough for me and most people.
i had a lot of problems getting my monitors to autowake when connecting to a usb c hub, but it turned out my Anker hub was faulty. New Falwedi 12 in 1 hub works just fine.
I was disappointed there is not an audio line out so i had to connect my speakers directly to the hub rather than through audio jack on the monitor.
Each monitor comes with hdmi and DP cable.
The 27 inch is cheaper than other 27 inch monitors currently on sale ($120 for the HP @Target & Dell @ BB), seems to have comparable specs, but is height adjustable, has speakers, and maybe also has Displayport (specs lists it, but description comments dont). Not a lot of reviews but I think worth pulling the trigger at this price if the specs meets what you are looking for.
Yes, you can rotate to portrait but youll need to raise the height all the way and do a tilt backwards to ensure the corners dont hit your desk while rotating. Once the screen is vertical you can lean it again back to an upright position.

I have it ...Good monitor .. you can adjust height , inbuilt speakers .. these features are missing from similar price range monitors... thin screen..good built quality .. doesn't feel cheap like other monitors
Response time of 14ms is bad, seems there might be some different mode setting with improve response time. Costco.is selling Asus at the same price with better specs
Can anyone explain (or link to an explanation of) the different hp monitor model lines? I see Omen, Pavilion, P, Z, E, V, X, U, etc, but can't find any explanation of these different types of models.

I do not see it on Costco.com do you have an item number for Costco?

Hmm, the 27" product page says 5ms response time. Why would the larger monitor be any faster/different?
