One a side note, Motorola's phone naming schemes are terrible.

Neutral:
21:9 aspect ratio
The "action" camera seems fairly unique
Performance numbers on the Samsung Exynos 9609 look reasonable for this price range
Cons:
Screen not scratch resistance
Single speaker
Reviews on the camera are less than positive(To be fair, it isn't common to get an exceptional camera in a $200 phone)
Seems to be the same price most places. Looks like the discount is coming from Motorola.
For me, personally, I struggle with a 21:9 aspect ratio. It generally makes text smaller and harder to read. On the other hand, someone with better eyesight than me might appreciate the extra pixel real-estate.
It has also been a long time since I had a phone that wasn't scratch resistant. I am not sure how I feel about that.

From what I was seeing in the differences below
Pros (Action): Action has NFC, neither Stylus nor Power have NFC ( I was looking for a mid-level phone w/ NFC)
Cons (Action): Action doesn't support as many bands like 71
Action has smaller battery
Action has slightly worse camera specs (but do'nt know impact in real life)
Action only support Cat 6 while Power supports LTE-A Cat 13/5.
Action: Exynos 9609
Stylus/Power: Qualcomm SDM665 Snapdragon 665
