Huh? Title says nothing about apple watch
...
If you look in OP, one of the available trade-in items for the OnePlus is an Apple Device.
Lower in the OP, there's an offer on a Timex Watch.
Take a look at your search settings for Apple Watch and adjust accordingly.
Great Post @Jman100. Crazy to think you can trade-in a <$100 used S9 and get a brand new 5G device. The 8T looks pretty good on paper... I need to review and see how it compares to the S20 FE that I got over BF for $100 when adding the free line to my existing plan. It looks like the camera array is better, but now I need to decide if I want to flip the S20 FE and go with the OnePlus. I'm already committed to selling my current daily driver (S10+...). Do I want to sell ANOTHER phone? I mean, I still have the screen protector on the S20 FE - UGH.
/// Digging deeper on the S20 FE vs 8T:
Both have the same size battery - 4500 mAh
Both have the same screen resolution: 2400 x 1080
Both have the same refresh rate: 120 Hz
Both have the same processor: Snap 865
Both have 5G
Differences:
S20 FE Supports Wireless Charging and Wireless Powershare (can charge other wireless compatible devices, including iPhones), 8T does not have any Wireless Charging capability
8T has something called "Warp Charging" where it uses a 65W charging block, and can fully charge in *38 minutes*
S20 FE has less built-in storage at 128GB vs 256GB for the 8T, however the S20 FE has a spot for an mSD, whereas the 8T does not.
8T has Android 11 vs Android 10 shipped on the S20 FE
8T HAS DOUBLE the RAM weighing in at 12 GB VS 6 GB for the S20 FE
S20 FE has a 32 MP Front Facing Camera vs 16 MP FF Camera on the 8T
8T has a 48 MP primary camera vs 12 MP for the S20 FE, the 4th camera on the 8T is a B&W one? What is this, 1920?
8T has a Gorilla Glass back vs plastic back on the S20 FE (both have aluminum frames)
I think double the RAM and probably faster Android Updates give the edge to the 8T, HOWEVER the 8T not accepting an mSD AND no Wireless Charging makes me hesitant. Although on paper the 8T looks to blow away the S20 FE on the camera, the results are really close. Look at this Android Authority Shootout [androidauthority.com] which gives a slight edge to the S20 FE, but it looks subjective to me - could go either way. OnePlus will probably update Android faster, in general, compared to the S20 FE since the 8T is their current flagship and the S20 FE isn't in the same "pool" as the other S20 series with Android 11 (and One UI 3.0) still "months away" per a recent article [sammobile.com]. Plastic vs Glass back will matter if you run without a case, but if you don't - it won't.
Nothing against you OP, but WTF Tmo? Why no new deals on iPhones? I can't drop $400+ per phone to move the rest of the family's phones from XRs to iPhone 12s. Although the iPhone 12 Mini has the same internals as the rest, both kids AND wife said the size is a non-starter.
Cost for me was simply an extra $20.00 per month. Phone was free with the bill credits.
So my Tmobile account on the Magenta 55 plan is a total of $70.00/mo. which includes the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE and now the One Plus 8T.
Of course I'm commited for 24 months but that's OK.
So yeah, I'd say this deal is for new and existing customers.....
You didn't open a new line and you didn't trade in a phone and you are getting the OP 8t free with bill credits over 24 months?
Did you did this on-line, in store, on phone?
I actually just added a new line to my 55+ account 2 days ago and certainly could have used a new phone with the deal.
Anybody know if you can cancel a line and get a "do over"?

So now I have two lines on this plan for $70.00/mo. and two free phones using bill credits. The first free phone was the S20 FE and now this OP8t.
Hope this helps....

Looking at Swappa, Note 9s are going for as low as $260, however recent closed sales are in the $300 range. Up to you if you want to hassle with a $200 difference... (buying an S9 that isn't blacklisted, cracked, etc for ~$100, then selling the Note 9 for ~$300).
For anyone wanting to trade in a phone on one of these deals (whether one you've personally owned or not), I'd highly suggest to do your trade-in in a store, and not through the mail. As so many people have mentioned, once the store takes it in, if there's another problem it's on them and not you.
Add a new line or trade in any of the following devices and get $750 off
Apple: iPhone 11 series, XS Series, XR, X
Samsung: Galaxy S9 series, Galaxy Note9, Galaxy S10 series, Galaxy Note10 series
Google: Pixel 4/4XL
OnePlus: 7T Pro McLaren, 7T, 8, 8 Pro
LG: V60 ThinQ
Save $375:
Apple: iPhone 7 series, 8 series
Samsung: Galaxy S8 series, Galaxy Note8, Galaxy S7 series
Google: Pixel 3A/3AXL, 3/3XL
OnePlus: 7, 7 Pro, 7 Pro 5G, 6, 6T
LG: G8 ThinQ, G7 ThinQ, V50 ThinQ, V40, ThinQ

The current title of simply "Free OnePlus 8 5G or OnePlus 8T 5G - $0" is a bit misleading.
I hope this helps,
