Both Zipp & Zipp 2 are 100W Speakers and have Airplay 2. The Zipp 2 has incorporates far-field mics with Amazon-Certified Alexa & Spotify compatibility. It also has 2 hours more battery life (12 hours instead of 10).
Had a set of two for the office and they were not intuitive, disconnected a lot, and we're just problematic overall. We gave up on them and went with Apple home pods and they work flawlessly.

They work best standalone or as an internet radio. The multi link functions are a bit tedious.
With a solid WiFi connection, these work great! Sounds better than 99% of bluetooth speakers. Using WiFi my range is way better and the spotify connect works flawlessly. At this price it's a no brainer!

I don't agree. I own a Zipp, Zipp mini 2, and Zipp 2, and think the sound from both the new Nest Audio and Newest Echo globe are significantly better than any of them.
The Zipps do have batteries built in, the other speakers don't. But in nearly every other way the newest Echo and Nest are superior. They have much better mics, they handle all smart functions, not just some of them, and they will continue to be updated. Libratone is out of business in the U.S. and will probably not make more firmware updates.
The Libratone stuff is nicely built, and sounds pretty good. But times have changed.

These prices are too good for the quality especially on the zipp2. I'm speaking for the value compared to the quality. This is too good off a deal for me to pass up.
