  1. Download Google Pay App (Android or iOS)
  2. Add Qualifying Payment Card to your Google Pay Account
  3. Follow On-screen Prompts and accept terms & conditions
  4. Swipe to "Explore" Tab in the App
  5. Scroll until you find the Target offer
  6. Click to Activate the offer
  7. Click Enroll Card
    • You may need to Click Activate again
  8. Spend $50 or more at Target.com or in-store using the payment card enrolled at Google Pay
    • Once the Reward is Earned, it will be deposited to "Your Money" in Google Pay.
    • You may redeem the cash back reward 30 days after your qualifying purchase.

Do NOT use Paypal or anything other than the "Credit Card" option during checkout folks. Using any other form of checkout even funding it via the same credit card is not the same. Make sure you use the same credit card that you enrolled on your Gpay account too.

Got target GC from $50. Transaction appeared instantly in new Google pay app. But money in Google Pay is still $0, also the offer still showing up in my app.
Guess i need to wait for another day, and keep reading comments in thread to see if anyone got resolution.

For those that don't see the explore or target options. There looks to be a Google Pay app and a GPay app. You must download the GPay app to see the deal. Initially I set up my credit card in Google Pay but did not see any offer until I downloaded the GPay app.

I spent $41 yesterday at Target using Google pay. I had not activated the offer though. Any chance I can activate it now and spend another $9 or did it need to be in one purchase or activated prior to the first purchase?
