  1. Download Google Pay App (Android or iOS)
  2. Add Qualifying Payment Card to your Google Pay Account
  3. Follow On-screen Prompts and accept terms & conditions
  4. Swipe to "Explore" Tab in the App
  5. Scroll until you find the Target offer
  6. Click to Activate the offer
  7. Click Enroll Card
    • You may need to Click Activate again
  8. Spend $50 or more at Target.com or in-store using the payment card enrolled at Google Pay
    • Once the Reward is Earned, it will be deposited to "Your Money" in Google Pay.
    • You may redeem the cash back reward 30 days after your qualifying purchase.

The deal can be triggered when purchasing a gift card.

Do NOT use Paypal or anything other than the "Credit Card" option during checkout folks. Using any other form of checkout even funding it via the same credit card is not the same. Make sure you use the same credit card that you enrolled on your Gpay account too.

Made $50 transaction with Citi double cash card 3 days ago still no $21 rewards show up. Anyone else using Citi bank credit card has this issue?

Edit - works fine on iOS. Did it w/ my wife's iPhone just fine.

Edit 2 - The $21 referral reward is only on the first transaction. So if you already did the target thing it's too late. Has to be your first transaction for the referral bonus.
The referral reward is a separate reward to the cash back offered if you spend $50 or more at Target. You can get both.

Ahh, I see what you mean. It's showing up as $3 for me, but that's because I took advantage of other GPay rewards. I imagine the hold is for returns and other shenanigans.
