Thanks for posting!
Be that guy. That's what I came to say. You can buy the 11" Bremen from HF from $10.50 edit:$11.99 (I guess their prices went up) before ubiquitous coupon. I use them for my pocket hole joinery

Me too. I make a lot of 24" circle boards. I have been looking for a better solution to clamp on the center easily than using HF 12" deep throat C-clamps (which are cheap but not very accurately machined so they are hard to tighten and loosen up).
I wish there is a thing like a 12" deep throat quick grip clamp. Any other solutions?

Thank you. 👍 You answered the question I was just about pose. I bought the Kreg K5 on the last front page deal but the $99 version doesn't come with a clamp. An extra $35 or so just to get the deluxe kit with clamp didn't seem worth it. This is a very cost effective solution.

I have both Irwin and HF, technically Bremen, 11 inch versions of these clamps. The Irwins are definitely nicer but they both work of course. The adjustment bolt on the Bremens is not as smooth as the Irwins and the Irwins release lever works better. Whether that justifies the price difference is up to you. Also, I'm not 100% sure but I don't think Bremen even makes a 4 inch version with the swivel pads or even at all.
I posted this in another slick kreg thread. Take some appropriate size washers that fit in the slot in the jig and use double sided tape to attach them to the pads. Works great for me.
They make them with deeper throats. I have a couple with something like a 9 or 10 inch throat.
I think it depends on your product. Nobody is buying my projects, so I am willing to deal with slight inconvenience over price. If I made projects for sale or used it everyday I'd likely look at a nicer brand than even Irwin
