The promotion is called a Gift for them a Gift for you. When you click on e-gift you can either email someone the gift card and you get a 10% bonus or you can choose Self Deliver at the end and have both cards sent to you.

I'm buying an item that is $240.xx so I sent myself a $200 gift card which comes with a $20 gift card.

I will add that my order confirmation said that it could not be validated, so I needed to call the support team who is manually verifying my information. So if that occurs for you, you may need to call in.

Rather just use a coupon for 10% off like in the past. I really have stopped buying from Lowes since they stopped them. Noticed their stores have many fewer people in them also.
Now i take the time and ask myself....do i REALLY need this?

I bought a gc for self deliver but haven't received the actual gift card emailed yet. I did get the bonus immediately but apparently the gift card said the Delivery type was Print.
No other email yet and it's been about 20 minutes.

edit: It came about 40 minutes after purchase

The one grocery store by me runs 10x gas points on happy cards periodically, i buy them then which is almost like 25% off if you consider gas as a discount. bought $500 worth and got 5000 points ($5 off per gal of gas), gas is around $2.50 (actually cheaper around me but for easier math) a gal with 25 gallons max per pump, so i get 50 gal of gas free, $125 off $500.
