I visited my local Boston Market last week and was disappointed with the chicken soup which was not up to its prior standard. I completed the survey at the bottom of my receipt, and asked for a reply.
I received an email from the "area director" who stated the following:
<< We have recently changed our vendor that produces our chicken noodle soup and last week was the first week that it was produced in the restaurant and sold. We have received both negative feedback and positive feedback, but I can assure you that it will be addressed quickly.>>
Does anyone have information about the changes that were made in the Boston Market chicken soup?

I noticed a difference in their chicken soup too, but just figured it was a bad day. Good to know so that I can avoid it now!
Boston Market, known for roti chicken, has a separate vendor for chicken soup!?! Red flag right there. Reheat city.
I'd bet it was the base stock they buy, I cant see them not using their leftover chicken for the soup but they probably don't make their own stock either.
sort of like how wendys Chili is leftover hamburgers and they buy the sauce for it.
$19.99 by me. Can anyone comment as to the quality on this? Would be a shame to even spend $15 and have it be complete trash when you could have purchased from a mom and pop for $20-$25.
Huge line for the chicken last deal doubt line will be any better w this limited time deal
To be fair, $3.50 per rotisserie chicken was a great deal. This one is just warm, considering it's 20-25% off vs 75% off. Not sure how good their prime rib is so I'll probably pass on this offer.
The chicken deal was a nightmare. My local store could only sell 8 before refusing orders. And according to the lead working there, they received no notice on the promotion. Stressed employees + pissed customers = bad times!

I tried the prime rib when there was a BOGO deal a couple of months ago. To me, it was barely okay at the price I paid (~$10/meal) and would have been truly disappointing at full price. The meat was a little on the tough side and not very flavorful.
