I have it, and both latch are broken already, have to drill a hole and using something else to close the cap, but they are very handy tool.

I just asked when I picked mine up today. They said the case is not covered; only what's inside the case is covered.

Did the same. Have other tools for the house. Now I just need a 3/8 set for one of my cars! Feel way better than a few cheap throwaway harbor freight tools I've had in the past.
