I grabbed one during the last sale and mounted it on my Skilsaw jobsite saw. It may look a bit weird since it protrudes, but I've put several hundred board feet of wood through it already with zero issues. This is definitely one of my favorite woodworking purchases ever.

Magswitch makes a magnetic featherboard that has a vertical attachment. It holds the stock against the fence and down against the table. It isn't as effective as this one but it does eliminate kickback. Other featherboards may also have attachements like that.

Those look awesome. Unfortunately they wouldn't really work with my jobsite table saw, but someday when I finally have the space for a nice cabinet saw I'm definitely getting these.

I bought these the last time they were on here. I have found that 3 inches is the max that I feel comfortable ripping. And get a tall push stick.

When you say 3" is the max you feel comfortable ripping - did you mean max or min? I don't see how this product works with a push stick. The pictures on the site show them making small rips (less than 2") and there's no way a push stick can be used in conjunction with this device. The one picture where it does show a push stick is on a wide 3"+ cut where the push stick is left of the guides. No way a push stick was used in the other pics. Someone want to explain how that would work for the smaller stock in the other pics?

3 inches minimum, sorry. I have a narrow tall push stick, and it clears the rollers by about an inch or so. I wouldn't know how to push them through on anything narrower.
Edit: I see what you mean about those photos on the website. It would be very dangerous to rip stock that thin.

Would you think I'd need to modify the rack greatly to accommodate this Jessem?

Video recommends 2" away from blade...so picture is sort of misleading
