Yet another unknown mask from an unknown manufacturer being pumped by an unknown vendor. There are far more effective choices available. There just isn't any reason to bother with shaky masks like this when there are many more reliable options.

Here's a couple good sources for reusable respirators. These are the best option in terms because they're proven to be effective and they can be reused for weeks/months when used in rotation:The Powecoms have a 20% code (thx to karenjang):

The Dr. Puri also have a 20% off code:

When used in rotation of 5-7 days, a N95/KN95/KF94 doesn't need to be tossed until it's soiled, damaged, or becomes difficult to breathe through. For me, that's about 40-50 hours.

If you absolutely have to have something disposable, then REAL surgical masks are available too. For surgical masks (the real ones at least) it's difficult to find a reliable vendor that sells to the general public.N95 > KN95 or KF94 on FDA list [fda.gov] > real ASTM [astm.org] surgical mask > everything else (better than nothing)
TLDR: these don't look very effective. These masks fall in the category "better than nothing".

I bought a box of these same ones a few weeks ago, they are pretty decent quality compared to others. The ear loops are extra stretchy.

These masks fall into the category of "people won't hassle me if I'm wearing it," and frankly that's all many of us care about.

Bought the same ones two weeks ago. Daughter wanted black ones instead of the normal pale blue. I really like them. Less scratchy than most and hold up well.

So your response to 50 masks at $7 is 10 masks at $12. I ain't finna blow my $600 stimulus pack on disposable masks. These will allow me to comply with the govt mandate as well as all the other rags bandanas and vented masks everyone else wears. You seem to have forgotten that we prioritize deals over our health here.

Hard no for me. They get frizzy on the inside after moderately prolonged use (like 30 minutes to an hour) and after that they start tickling the edges of your nostrils on inhale. Very annoying. Also, no real idea which side is supposed to be in or out. It's all black. Since I'm not a ninja, I don't need all black.

If you are using them for a quick run to the store. Fine.

If you are a mouth breather, feel free.

If you need to stay covered for an 8 hour day, avoid them or carry 8 of them.

In the interest of being more helpful, try these instead.

https://www.newegg.com/siyang-175...6887879021

I've been happy with those from Newegg. I have gone through a pack and a half and am about to order another pack. I do manual labor from time to time and breathing hard can make masks unpleasant.... these are the least unpleasant thing I've used over the last year... for a glasses wearer.

To avoid glasses fogging, tuck these just up under the nose-piece of your spectacles and they don't fog as badly.

I'd go neck gator or cloth mask if I didn't have glasses. Those are hard to get sealed where they don't fog. I've even tried the weird rubber nose-bridge vent thingies from Amazon and when you are winded, those don't keep up either.

Nothing is perfect though these days. Keep up the effort. Stay strong.

Same as your comments, instead of using this non well known respirator, why not go with well know brand like 3M? 6502/7502 can be found easily now a day in Amazon.

Since those masks labeled as KN95, which is China standard for N95, I suspect those masks are make/for China market which is less confident to me.

I just want one where it's easy to breathe in whole working. Wearing a mask while pipefitting is pure hell.

All masks are not equal. A N95/KN95/KF94 mask on the FDA list is proven to be effective. Also, a N95/KN95/KF94 mask can safely be reused multiple times just by using them in rotation. (See my previous comment for links). For many people, it's actually going to be cheaper to reuse a high quality N95/KN95/KF94 mask rather than an unproven no-name disposable mask. Plus, it's safer for you and anyone around you.

Aaron Collins does some at-home testing that might help. Look at "pressure drop" - a lower number is better. There's links to all his testing in the description:
