Was in Lowe's earlier today picking up one of the Kobalt 118 piece sets from the earlier posted deal and happened to be walking by an associate putting items on the clearance end cap and saw the Kobalt 319 piece set on the cart he was unloading. Out of curiosity asked him the price so he scanned it and the price came up as $53.38. He couldn't believe it and ended up putting one aside for himself and I took the other 3 along with a few of those 100' foot 12/3 extension cords from a previous deal. The 319 piece set at $53.38 definitely beats the 118 piece set. Not sure if anyone would be able to replicate this deal as it's probably an extreme YMMV but figured I'd post in the hope that someone else gets lucky and comes across a set. The associate told me we could check up in the storage areas above the tool section to see if there were any more sets but I was happy with what I got so make sure to check up in those overhead storage areas in the tool section. I've included a copy of the dated receipt and photo of the item for reference. Store zip code where I found the deal is 01581. One other store near me had it on clearance as well but only at about 50% off which still seemed like a decent deal even at that price.

Picked up in store. Had the guy at the front door scan it. Came up 50.xx. Went to Customer pickup area and they adjusted form the original 71.99 online price to the 50.xx price. Walked out the door (tax/military) for 51.xx dollars. Thank you OP!!
