with Rolling Keter Case
It is a Ridgid case. While it may be manufactured for them by Keter, it is important to note that this case is a part of, and compatible with the rest of, the Ridgid tool box system.

Seems dead in app for me — love Ridgid products though, definitely feel built to last similarly to my Dewalt XR stuff

I don't know who needs to hear this but it's almost a guarantee whatever job you need these tools for....don't require or would even benefit from brushless versions. ESPECIALLY with Ridgids LSA.

I hear you, but this set only has three tools that most every home owner will use in the impact, drill and reciprocating saw. That being said, you could get the better battery life and weight savings on those three tools at or below this price in brushless, if you wait for a deal. If you would get use out of all these tools, then it's a nice deal.

Does anyone have actual experience using the LSA?

People make a big deal about it, but all I've ever heard about it is hassle and disappointment.

It's a Ridgid case

Edit: I thought you were asking if this was a Ridgid case but just noticed you were pointing out. Yes the HD Title should have probably removed Keter.

Weird — I can't get it on my phone - even navigating directly to it — all the other Ridgid combo packs are $100 off on my end just not this one

I have only ever had to use once for a battery but a carpenter friend of mine said to go to the contractor desk with part and papers. They sent me to the floor to grab a replacement. I'm not certain how service desk handles it or if it's an older drill with nothing comparable available.

Always shows 399 on the link for me. Is there a specific zip code needed or something?

You can get this brushless kit for 299 and add a free tool. You can add a Octane Impact Wrench and do the return trick. You end up getting the brushless recip, drill, impact, and flashlight with 2 batteries and charger for $187.
