According to Consumer Reports, Westinghouse, Element and Seiki TVs are all licensed or controlled by TongFang Global. In theory all three should have similar reliability.
I have a lot of "whys" to this but if you want to blow $400 for an additional 65" low end tv for smart calendar use in your living room, I guess this is just what I'd get. 🤷
It still works, you just cannot download it if you have not downloaded it to your account before. So if you are a brand new roku user you will not be able to use the spectrum app.

What if the app has to be updated? Last I checked, since I use Xfinity app for firestick, which was removed from amazon store and unable to update. I believe android smart TVs don't support xfinity app either. But works still on roku tv

Correct.
It seems like it is better than the Westinghouse and it also has a longer warranty.
I had a 46" Westinghouse for years. It won't get any awards for its picture or functionality, but it was reliable as heck.

How are you liking the hisense 65 TV?
