Free ship, no tax makes it a good deal if you're in the Sonos ecosystem. It really needs to be paired with the subwoofer, however, it is currently sold out.
AAFES JUST cancelled my order from the last batch that they put me on a backorder from. They had 6 left when I bought mine and apparently they still didn't have stock. I'm betting you'll get a backorder email or else they found the stock that I got screwed out of! The worst part of it all is that I had used a 20% off one-time coupon when I ordered it, so now the coupon is lost and they are being rude about reissuing it back to me. Getting fed up with their poor customer service... I'm also waiting on a refrigerator that apparently shipped over a month ago. SMH

I don't have a sub and it sounds great to me. I'm sure adding a sub would make it sound better but it's decent as a standalone soundbar.

Well, they gave me a 20% coupon for a cancellation, and I used that to get a great deal on a refrigerator, which hasn't arrived for a month, so they gave me another 20% off for the late refrigerator, and that was used for the Sonos that was just cancelled 3 days ago. So they have been good at issuing coupons when they screw up, but this time they basically told me I'm out of luck, and then it comes in stock 3 days after they cancel on me. Oh well, life goes on...

Damn that sucks man. They did the same to me when I tried ordering a PS5. I didn't get a 20% coupon however. They just cancelled my order and then saw it listed again a week later. Their customer service reps are rude too. They once called me when I had placed a large order to ask me why I had ordered so many things. This was during the holiday season too. Explained to them that I was doing some Christmas shopping and they were still skeptical.

Every now and again I'll get someone REAL nice, but mostly people that talk down to you and don't even know their own policies! I remember the days before they let ALL Veterans into their program, and those were the days when deals were plentiful and I could always get what I wanted, but I'm still glad they opened it to ALL Veterans, cause everyone who served deserves to get that small benefit.

It was initially JUST for active duty, retired Veterans and 100% disabled Veterans, than they changed it around 2016-2017 to where ALL Veterans that have an honorable discharge can shop there, which was the right thing to do IMO.

Ah ok, that's probably why I never shopped with them before. I remember going to their stores on base but that was almost 20 years ago while enlisted. Thanks for taking the time and educating this old Vet. 😄
