Aleve is not Ibuprofen.
Which is the same price as this deal, without the need to buy 400 or have a CostCo membership.

(ok, so the CostCo ones are actually 3.5 cents compares to 3.99 cents, but still)
"Aleve" and "Kirkland Signature Naproxen Sodium 220 mg" ARE the same thing (one being a brand name, the other a generic, but otherwise...)

"Aleve Back & Muscle Pain Relief Tablets" is just standard Aleve with different labelling, so is also the same thing.

The original comparison was against Ibuprofen which is a different thing (the brand equivalent to that would be Advil, not Aleve)

Yes... which is the only thing I was commenting on. Aleve (Naproxen Sodium) and Ibuprofen are not the same things as mentioned.
both aspirin derivatives however

My back is Eff'd. Do you guys have a better over the counter alternative? I can't see my Chiro right now because he thinks Covid 19 is fake and doesn't mask up.... I'm here in AZ. So ya I won't see him for quite a while. Anything for my back would help SD'rs. Thanks in advance. Beeps!

Costco Ibuprofen $13 for 1000. Often cheaper in store.

In many people Motrin is useless. And frequent use can cause dizziness and liver damage. Naproxen. is easier on the body, takes longer to start working but works for hours.

Is this gentler on stomach than IB or Tylenol?

The 70s called ..they want their Molecule back. Naproxen crushes Ibuprofen as a NSAID. And Naproxen is 3x as potent and requires only 2x a day Dosing

Don't use ibuprofen or any other NSAIDs regularly. These are major cause of GI ulcers and kidney failures. Not to forget hypertension. Tylenol is generally safer but less effective pain killer.

Thank you, yes. Exactly why I don't use all they prescribe. I have adrenal issues so the littlest thing can make my bp shoot up now.
