Does this offer anywhere say what kind of "rebate card" you would get? It does say a "prepaid card," so I am assuming it is some kind of a cash card (e.g., Visa), but it is not perfectly clear.
Along with the fact that the seller is NewEgg, this kind of lack of clarity makes me hesitate.

The aorus chasis has thermal issues. Seems like good specs but with a last-gen 14nm CPU that runs hot and is a battery drainer in a thermally constrained chasis you are asking for trouble.
The price is ok, you can buy pre-owned laptop on eBay with intel 9750H for $800-900, and just for $100 more a new one here. Or just wait a bit and buy this thing even cheaper
