I am supposedly a Levi's Red Tab member (via the account that I have opened online with Levi's about 2 years ago), but I do not see the free shipping option, for orders amounting between $18 and $36, wondering why?

When I go to my account profile, I do see that I am enabled for Red Tab, and the "free shipping" option is indeed listed there as benefits, and I quote "for any order".

I don't understand the inconsistency. Is it for new accounts only?

I had to sign in, then remove the coupon, then refresh the page to see the free shipping benefit, then add back in the coupon. I hope that works for you. If it doesn't, try another browser, try incognito mode, etc.

I've already tried that, including deleting all existing cookies, etc.
And using incognito mode is actually worse, because it employs some geo-location and it even adds sales taxes on to of a $7.95 shipping fee.

Thanks for the advice, but I'm sick of Levi's for now.
