I called after 2 orders had shipped and received the BC.
I called on 1-28 re: 2 orders still On Hold. Yolanda gave me the BC for the call she handled.
Shannon told me she was sending the matter to Research which would take another 24 hrs.
2 orders with rulers, Sundown & corn cushions shipped but 1 has not. I'm guessing that they've had a run on rulers.
Today I called back and Yolanda gave me the outstanding BC on 4th order even though the order is still On Hold.
The order for which she'd given me the BC yesterday is still On Hold.
I don't care if I never receive the products, I just want the BC.

OT: I was thinking about what to do with the 32 pkgs I'd ordered, each with 9 cushions. They're probably pretty thin. Stacking 3 might make a pad thick enough to use as a furniture glide. 3 glides per pkg. 4 glides per chair or table. That's only enough for 2 pieces of furniture IF they all ship.
First of all they should have notified us of the change in policy which clearly they knew about well in advance.
Secondly, if they're going to make such a change they have to make sure they have the ability to ship orders in a timely fashion.
Other retailers don't charge your credit card until an order ships. They should not take the BC until the order ships.
ETA: For anyone still planning to order this week, make sure you activate the $2.50/$10 bonus on TCB.

good = showing as a "goodwill" credit and not associated with the actual item orders...could mean limit not reached on deals??

but seriously, it would be a whole new set of problems if they don't take BC until it's shipped, what happen if you have zero BC at the time??? they can just cancel the order and not ship out, but all work done up to that point is wasted... unlike credit card, we have a limit to spend and they 'hold" it so you don't go over the limit, but not sure you can do that w/ BC... doesn't look like they thought this thru... i thought it's working well so far (in terms of online BC earned/redemption)... oh well, time will tell

Anyone know of any online discount codes? Does the $8 BC wyb $20 of select snacks track for online orders? I don't see it listed online for items that are marked in the store, such as Blue Diamond almonds, so maybe it doesn't.
Retailmenot is now paying 14% on Rite Aid online orders. Ropcash is giving 10%, but of course topcash has the $2.50 bonus. My last two RA orders have not tracked at topcash, so retialmenot is looking tempting right now. If I order $35 at RA the extra 4% would earn me $1.40 and I would only lose $1.10, BUT I bet my order would track with retailmenot and if not they have stellar customer service.

The suave kids are $2.99 if you have kids and there was 1.50 L2C when I ordered.
In one of my order I paid with BC w/o CC. It stayed on hold. While I was kicking myself not to spend a little more so that I would use CC, it went processing after about two hours. That order has no ruler, no corn.
The other order used CC and it was processed soon. And that is the usual case every time I paid with CC.
On hold happened to me last year when the order grand total got negative. I paid all with BC then. It stayed on hold forever until I asked CS for help and they sent it for research team. After about two days, order was released to processing.
KY is now OOS. Others still hang on there. Hope RA won't be too mean to drive away its loyal customers. I haven't taken full advantage of the great deals, would like to leave some for the future.
About the cash back: if I have to return part of my order, will the CB site adjust the amount correctly? I don't want to lose every penny.
I got the $10 reward from Neutrogena. This time I will get virtual reward since I lost about $40 last round by claiming physical cards. Except the Amazon GC, is there any way that I can deposit my virtual reward into? TYSM.
