I noticed my points toward keeping gold come June did not track from any of the online orders done last week. My purchases in store did. I guess since we all had to call to get credited for the bc the whole system online didn't track. Do we have to call/ chat again to get the points or are we out if luck. ( That's if gold continues come June)

Just chatted w/ Shannon re: missing BC from online order placed yesterday.
She said that BC will post after the order has shipped.
me: Oh, when did that change?
Shannon: Jan. 1, 2021
me: well the website says that the BC will post the next day. So its misleading to now say that it won't post until the order ships.
Shannon: we've been having issues with system update. BC is posting for some people and not for others
me: Last week I had to call because BC hadn't credited and it was after the order had shipped.
Shannon: I'm sorry we have to wait to see if it posts because it is posting for some people and not for others.

Thanks for sharing. I do hope somehow BC will auto post, but not happy to see CS change backward their words... What if BC do not post after order shipped? Did she say anything about that?

We have to call back. DiscGoos had posted that YolandaH had told her to call back after order had shipped. So I waited until orders had shipped before I called last week. Today was the first time I called before orders had shipped.

That is bad, particularly it is RA who fails to issue the promised BC next day. They should not just load the work on customers instead of their CS fix the problem before website goes back to normal. Sometimes I feel RA so silly and don't understand what they are up to. At least if the new one doesn't work they could choose to go back the old one temporarily. I would suggest you try another CS. Maybe Shannon is out of her mood today nod

I'm guessing that items with L2 are weekly and those that are L4 are monthly so rulers would be weekly and the other items monthly but would need someone who can go into a store to read tags for us to know for sure.

this does not bode well for online orders...remember when they took over a week to ship?? I don't like this policy at all, especially since you still have to wait to 6am thus adding another day. Ugh...anyway, not sure what the terms used to say, but it does look like they added this policy to them here...

Overnight I received "shipped" notification.
Chatted with Emily who had me re-enter my phone number and address even though I'd entered phone number to access Chat. It took a lot longer with her than with the other CSR's last week.
