Look at the ingredients on these things...most of them have maltitol in them. The "keto" ones have 5-6g's net carbs and only 9g's protein at 250 calories, no wonder these are $0.50 a bar they are trash macro's. It is honestly more worth to pay $1.00/bar for Quest when they are close to expiration. While saving a $0.01/g of protein gaining an extra 160 calories to get the same amount of protein isn't worth it.

I got these a little while ago on an SD, my son is a fitness nut, he understands these aren't exactly the best nutrition wise, but he really liked them. He ate 2 boxes in a week.

Jimmy bars are literally the worst protein bars I have ever eaten. I had to throw away half the box when I bought these. I tried to pawn them off on my son and he said they made him gag. Think wet cardboard rolled in oats with frosting.

Lots of soy in these- if you're sensitive to soy you may be a bit gassy for a while.

Just got some in from the last deal and just decided to try them. That is the best tasting granola bar or whatever I have ever had. It may not be great as a protein bar, but holy crap does it taste good. I got the citrus. I will try the coconut this time since I have the deal again. Wish it didn't have sugar alcohols as I would love to take these to work.

It's basically peanuts with tapioca fiber, and a bit of protein powder. No added sugar. Maybe not the best on macros but also not a candy bar unless you think peanut butter is candy
