This Dell XPS 8940 has sufficient specs for newer games (that do not require 16GB RAM) at one of the best prices ever for a i5-10400 + GTX 1660 Super combo.

Well rounded machine for $599. Spend another $100 to add a 2TB mechanical drive and another 8GB of RAM and you're set.
