I bought this over the holidays for the same price, thought it was a good option for the price.
The primary reason I chose this case is because it is near the minimum height possible for a micro ATX case, but it allows for really long video cards. Also the height of the CPU cooler allowed is decent, although you do have to do your research as to what will fit.
I went with the Gammix 300 and it fit really well in my build.
Even with the shipping cost factored in, this seems like a tremendous value. I've never owned a Fractal Design case before, but they seem to be generally very well regarded.
For reference (specifically for anyone looking for a micro ATX case), I built my step son a computer last Christmas and used the Cooler Master NR 400. Granted, it's basically double the price, but it was an absolute pleasure to work with and is worth a look if you have room in your budget.

Fractal Design does make good cases, but all of them are not "premium" quality. I can't speak to this one, but I have two different FD cases: the Focus G (budget) and the Define Nano S (premium). The budget case isn't bad, but it's not in the same league as the Define, with the respective prices reflecting the difference.
For $30, I'm sure this is a good case though. I'm just offering some info to manage expectations.

There are lots of spots for SSD drives.
