Same, they taped the dewalt box and just ship that. Ok for lighter stuffs but a circular saw etc was totally ding and scratch all overall. When I email them the picture of the box that looks like people kick it around (fedex), they said the manufacturer ship them direct that way. I don't think so. I would only buy stuffs that is smaller from this seller.
