I bought this yesterday with Perksatwork and paid 211 plus taxes.
Great. Since not everybody has access to Perks at Work, this is the next best price. Also, if you use some popular Cash back sites, you can get another $18 off, resulting actually lower than your price. Cashback does not work with Perks.

Btw, this always goes back to this price after selling out, unlike the regular L28u model. They seem to appear to be the same specs wise and all.

Not a bad price, though it hasn't gotten much attention in the past deals.

Thanks! Thinking I might pick this up to replace my old 1080p monitors so I can finally edit photos correctly. No USB-C which would be nice as I just bought a T14 AMD which doesn't have a DP (I believe this is all correct??).

I was wondering what the difference was with the L28u

I'm also seeing $211 through Lifecare (and if you get payroll through ADP, there's a good chance you have access to Lifecare discounts).

This one looks to be _slightly_ better than the L28U, but unless you're doing some serious photo editing or something where color calibration matters, I doubt you'll notice a difference. It supposedly has 99% sRGB and the 90% DCI-P3 color gamut. I believe the "ThinkVision" branding is their top-end business/professional line while "Lenovo" is just for standard home users (kind of like ThinkPad vs IdeaPad).

I've had two L28Us for over a year now and I have absolutely no regrets buying them. The only thing that's shitty about these monitors are the bases - they're wobblier than Nicki Minaj's ass cheeks, but I mounted mine to monitor arms so that's no longer an issue. I don't expect any different from this monitor based on the photos.

I am wanting to daisy-chain two of these via the display port. Does DP 1.2 mean that it is capable of Multi-Stream Transport (MTS) or not necessarily?

No you need a monitor with a displayport 'out' as well as 'in' to daisy chain, from the spec sheet here it looks like this monitor does not have that, but I have not looked at the manual itself (which may include more detailed stats) . The capability you are talking about is not that common. I think you also need an MST hub too don't you?
