Any tent without a full rainfly is going to have issues when in rains. That being said many reviews state that the rain soaks right through the sides so it doesn't seem very water resistant.
You can combat that a bit by treating your tent with a water resistant spray (I use Kiwi Camp Dry Heavy Duty Water Repellent spray on my tent prior to each camping season). If you plan on only camping in good weather then this would be fine. If you expect there to be rain you'd be better off with something with a bigger rainfly.
The dark room feature is nice though, it gets awfully bright awfully early in a tent.

Woot has been around for a while now. Never had a problem with them.
As for this tent, I think it is a great price and if I didn't already have 2 Coleman tents already, I'd buy this. Also, Coleman support is great. My first tent was torn at the seam. They sent a replacement within a week. You just have to send them proof that you destroyed the defective tent by writing the RMA# on the tent with a sharpie.
I have the 4-person version dome tent dark room. I love it. It keeps a lot of the light out so you can sleep in a bit later. Does get a pretty warm inside when the Sun's out especially during the summer.
This is a fantastic deal. I had waited for these to come back in stock forever, and finally bought one back in September after having been out of stock for months. This after having had my original 10 person cabin instant from Coleman for a decade, and loved it (and this after having had an instant dome tent from them for another 10+ years). They make good stuff.
Basic maintenance keeps it lasting for a very long time. Retape the seams every few years/seasons, and make sure to dry it when putting it away. The dark version is fantastic, though it does hold a bit more heat than the other versions, so just be aware of that (good and bad, depending on when you're camping).
I just bought another of these right now at this excellent price to use for the kids. Fantastic price.
One recommendation: buy good tent stakes. The thick kind. But of course, this is standard advice. Be aware that this model _does_ come with a rainfly, whereas the previous cabin models did not (and honestly, didn't really need it, and this one may not most of the time either).
Hovers around $200 at Costco, $190 on sale IIRC. Been wanting instant up and dark tech. This also happens to be Seahawks-ish colors, which is my team. In for 1 for PNW camping. Will treat with previous poster's spray! Thanks OP!
