We own this. It's OK, but not as great as we were hoping. Set up and break down is a bit finicky, but not terrible. The cooking surface is a bit small, and it can be hard not to lose stuff off the side with the griddle. Having to add the water is a bit of a pain. It's a bit big and bulky. Might work well for some, but it wasn't a great fit for us.

Currently we're using a Coleman two burner folding stove, and a Blackstone Griddle.
