I disabled my ad blocker (uBlock Origin) on Chrome to avoid such problems on various trustworthy websites. Might be your issue.

Wanted a machine to dedicate to music software, so this is perfect. I'll probably add 8GB Ram, but then just strip out the GPU to sell and use onboard graphics.

This is a 360 w psu. There is a 500 watt psu but I don't think you can add it. it needs a 6 pin psu and dell does not sell it separately. Also, the space for the GPU will only allow for a very short card so I doubt you will be able to upgrade to any rtx card. Also, the pc overheats so you will need to mod it to cool it down if you add more heat to the system.
