I'd say you're better off getting a Bench/Rack combo instead of something like this. This only works upper body and the bench cannot be reused by itself. Also, it doesn't look like the height of the weight rack is adjustable.

I think they meant 300lb body weight limit 😏

No I think it means body weight plus weights...even just putting 300lb on a barbell is not that much for many people on just bench press, so with body weight added to that, it would be well over the posted max weight. So I don't know about this unless you use fairly light weight or dumbbells only...

I agree with this. I have a similar one (without bench), and only kept it coz I would have to pay return shipping. I encountered some problems with the design:
- Depending on your body dimensions, the width of the pillars may prevent optimal position of your hands during exercises (pull-ups, push-ups, etc.). It may be too narrow or too wide for some, so check that before buying. A wide unobstructed pull-up bar would be more flexible in my opinion, such as those that are on top of power cages.
- The push-up handles in my case were too close to the pillars and I bump my head against the center cross-beam.
- There is some flexing/wobbling of the structure when doing dips
I suppose if you are on the shorter and lighter side, you may not have these issues, but I am 5'8" at 145 lbs already and still problematic
