I picked up a grade A. Was looking for a cheap windows laptop and this seems better than what best buy has available for $269 OTD. Granted older hardware but I really don't think surfing slickdeals is going to tax this laptop.

I know what you mean but that's not how math works. 10% higher than 100 is 110 and 50% off is 55. 40% off 100 is 60.

40% off the MSRP from 5 years ago not today's MSRP for products that have Intel 4th,5th,6th, and 7th generation processors with mostly 4 gb of ram and spinning HD or 128 gb SSD 1st generation. If you need something sub $300 for web browsing then this is a good place to start with otherwise wait for deals on newer i3 or Ryzen 3 sub $350

dellrefurbished.com always has shit prices and mostly old hardware. You need 60-70% off of their listed prices to see actual deals. 40% is nothing.
