I think for (likely) new tools at this price it's pretty slick. Even at $199, a pretty good deal. Retail at Home Depot, etc. is $399.

I can say the same about tools being new. I've purchased multiple dewalt items from Tools Direct and all have been new. Listed as used. Boxes may be damaged/opened. In for 2! Thanks OP

I recently bought something from these guys and the item arrived new but was missing the cardboard separations (all parts were casually dumped into the factory box) and some very minor components were missing. After contacting them, I accepted their offer of a 25% partial refund. I got the impression that it was a floor display model, but all in all, it was a positive experience.

Just received a m12 fuel impact from them recently. Looks and feels brand new. Would def buy from them again.

Happened to me too. I put an item on watch list waiting for their next sale and they sent me a 25% off offer. Bought 3 ryobi items, all seemed like new. This seems like a great deal
