Good timing, I was headed to Montgomery Ward so I'll swing by JC Penney on the way after stopping off at Circuit City.

"Find a location" on their site just lists my grandmother's home phone number. Weird.

Right... Been using it for a year and it's the best I've used yet. You are certainly the outlier here.

I got this on the last deal and didn't like the tea tree shampoo at all. It smells great and feels invigorating, but the hair doesn't come out well

Was Service Merchandise sold out? Might want to check Foley's.

As a reference and to further add, I got Redeem and Matrix on the same deal and both are good. Will be returning the Tea tree even though I like to shampoo with it best. No point in feeling great for 5 mins but having had hair throughout.
One thing I noticed was that Tea tree is a great cleansing shampoo but not so much of moisturizing one.

Probably better to change it up. I use it twice a week, other days switch back to the usual Head & Shoulders

I added a detangler spray into my routine and it made all the difference. I never realized how much of my oily hair was due to my shampoo/conditioner (it was the same no matter what kind I used—oily by end of day). The Tea Tree line is the first time I've ever been one of those people who can go days between washes, but trying to comb out the tangles after a wash was a chore and the texture while wet was atrocious. I started using Unite detangler and it's the magic combo for me. Brushing is easy—my brush goes right through my wet hair easy peasy—and I still get all the benefits of the tea tree keeping my scalp from turning into an oil slick. I can go to day 5 before needing a wash or dry shampoo again.

Passing along in case you (or anyone else) may want to try before writing it off. I totally get what you're saying about how your hair feels after because I was struggling with that myself before adding the detangler.

I found the same thing with the shampoo alone but paired with the conditioner I end up with a perfect level of moisture. I also found the conditioner to have an even stronger tingling effect compared to the shampoo.
