Never liked these type of bits because they produced very unreliable results like working ok in one type of tile but not at all in another.
I prefer using diamond hole bits instead since their performance is much consistent and better.
For the price though this is a great deal IF it will work on your tile.

Just our experience but we had the opposite experience. The diamond hole bits didn't even last a couple holes. Ended up getting one like these and did everything else with it. Was just doing one job and type of tile though so perhaps what you're talking about. The diamond hole bits also want to walk a lot more. Neither is perfect but may less on those holes

Yes, thank you for posting this. I probably should have mentioned the extra 20% off promo within my original post. Reps to you! Smilie

I never do tile or glass work, should I just get this HF set for cheaper? Or is this one of those things where once you find how handy cutting tile and glass is, I'll want a good quality like this Bosch set? Like for example, I have some tile squares in the bathroom that are hollow when you tap on them. The previous people didn't set them right and grout has cracked from stepping on them. Would these tile bits be used to cut the grout around that tile or is that more for oscillating tool?

What is the obsession that women have with putting up shelves and other things that hang on walls?

I bought the hf set a while ago and never had issues. That said I have no idea if these are better or by how much

This wouldn't be what you need. You can get a grout bit for the osc tool. See if you can pry that tile loose, carefully of course unless you have more the same tile, and add some thinset. Then regrout the area.
