just got the open-box model and the touchscreen stopped working. Battery life is not as promised. It is lasting only for 2-3 hours.

..... oops, never mind, I misread this as being a 17.3 screen.

No 13.3" Consumer Laptops in these days come with upgradable Ram. And this has LPDDR4X Ram which runs at 4266 MHz Speed over the 3200 MHz Speed of normal DDR4 3200 MHz Ram. That provides up to 20% Boost to the Intel XE Graphics. Notebookcheck.net has already tested 1165G7 with normal DDR4 and LPDDR4X Ram and concluded the same.

At this price, this is a pretty attractive choice. It also has 60 WHr battery, which is higher than their XPS 13 lineup, offering 53 WHr. Build quality is also very solid, almost matching the XPS 13 series i lot of aspects. The only cons is 300 nits reflective display which is difficult to see in outdoor.
