Doesn't appear you need the gmail trick either. Just put in a spam e-mail account, fill out what's required, hit sign up. Then hit the back button and submit again. The system doesn't seem to care about resubmitting the same e-mail over and over.

I also received and email for $5 off of $50 in my email that does expire January 31. These codes seem different

This coupon has been around for a long time. You can unsubscribe after receiving the coupon and sign up again next time you need to make a trip. I'm not sure how frequent you can do it but at least a few times a year.
