For anyone wondering, I've done weeks of research and these are the newer model, cheaper, and better choice than the 9X. Bought for my Series X.
9x still has too many connectivity issues. 7x has usb dongle which gives it a stronger connection.
Dont buy the Arctis 7p. The 7x does PS5 + Xbox + Switch + PC. The 7P loses Xbox ability. Thats it.
I've got one, and they sound great! You can adjust an EQ, voice feedback and more in a windows app. It then saves the settings to the headset. These are also plenty loud unlike some of the Turtle beaches..
I mean, you can get the 7P if you have no intention of getting an Xbox.

I think I might get the 9x just for the simultaneous Bluetooth feature
Don't get the 9x if you have a new series x. The Xbox wireless signal for headphones is a mess right now on new systems. I was getting dropouts 8ft away from my system on top of all the other problem, like having to use an older Xbox controller which didn't help with me but is Microsoft's recommendation until they push out a fix.
Considering getting this but the micro usb charging and not being a direct connection to Xbox turns me off.
The direct connections are not actually as good as you would think and nowhere near as solid as one with a dongle. I tried to avoid it too but it was a terrible experience.

This is the best headset out there if you play on multiple systems. I only consider the Astro a20 besides this
