thanks good price I guess I'll have to rock the pink. Mine is pretty crusty looking on the top part I wonder if they just sell that? Still keeps my coffee hot. Great product.

It appears from the reviews, the Lavender has been victim to the chinese bait and switch scheme at some point. This occurred when unsavory vendors figured out certain items are bulk binned. Meaning they get mixed in with other companies same item number. Supposedly Amazon has a grip on this now. But it appears SPECIFICALLY the lavender was victim to this.
For people who need 20 oz and Slick Steel finish interior !!
Agree with this poster. Even if you get one that is legit, their paint is not designed to withstand dishwasher or scrubbing under high heat water. Stick to the stainless ones if the appearance of the thermos is a concern. I have a lacquered one that is silver, that still looks like the day I bought it and then a red one that the paint started coming off within 2 years

huh? you should never put these in the dishwasher,
and the other poster is talking about the interior. Some people don't like the telfon coating.

My bad. I saw interior and didnt process. I thought exterior as I read it. Its been so long since I bought one that i was just cautioning that the painted used to fare poorly in the dishwasher.

So it could range from $8-13, depending on what part(s) you need.
Obvious question: Have you tried taking it apart (including gaskets) and washing it? I'll use different items (dishwasher detergent, denture cleaner, coffee/espresso cleaner) and that usually works. Using a toothbrush or straw brush is helpful to get into the small cracks.
A couple of comments since I bought 2 a month ago:
16oz is very narrow & tall. Did not fit under my Keurig. While it does stay hot, I had to run the Keurig in a ceramic mug, microwave for 30 seconds & carefully transfer to Zojirushi.
I did not notice a difference with cold drinks vs Contigo. The flip lid of the Zojirushi is about as annoying to drink out of as other flip brands. Cleanup on this one is a breeze though & (so far) little residue.
