For $89 you can buy two of these and get 2 5Ah batteries, 2 chargers, and 2 bags. Let me think about this one
This kit has a 2.0ah battery and no additional promos right now. As has been stated in previous comments this is a decent deal if you want this tool, but not the best deal for it in the last couple months even.
Seems funny to claim hammer drill on an M12. Only Milwaukee could pull it off.
It works well, has plenty of power for remodel tasks, and 1/2" chuck means it can work with large/normal hammerdrill bits. One of my favorite tools for several years now. If you're planning to go all day you should get a bigger tool, but if you mostly drill and only occasionally need to go into concrete this is plenty to get the job done. I think skil may have recently come out with a 12v hammerdrill too.

Exactly. I've used this to drill holes in concrete floor. It works, but its not fast. However, its super light and easy to use. If you need to drill a few holes its fine. I love this thing for drilling into brick if you're needing to hold the drill at or above your head. It's surprisingly strong, as long as you're using it in a reasonable manner.
Got mine in 2017 Dec from TrueValue (Store) for $78 in with two batteries kit and a $1 tape as a filler. Love mine for most DIY around the house! Brushless motor still going strong!
make sure you use the right drill bit for the right material.
Seems Milwaukee and Bosch are the last 2 big companies to make quality 12V tools... these smaller tools are perfect for the occasional do-it-yourselfer.
Thanks OP for posting a good deal on a 12V hammer drill. Will have to drop by Home Depot on the way home today.
i've had the impact driver and hammer drill combo for a few years now, i'm surprised to see so many people are this happy with this drill... the M12 impact is absolutely awesome for the size, but this drill was a real let down, very underpowered in comparison. i don't use it for much aside from pilot holes when i'm framing, it just doesn't have the power... i grab my Gen5X Ridgid when i need something larger, although i did just pickup M18 Fuel impact/drill from the framing nailer price mistake, but i've yet to use it.
Not bad. The other day they had the M12 Fuel Impact + Drill + 4.0 + 2.0 + charger/bag for $115. I will say the Surge Impact > Impact by a large margin, much smoother and so so quiet. Also owning the Installation Driver I find it much smoother than the Drill, however I like to reserve that installation driver for indoor stuff whereas the drill is good for mixing paint and such.

DeWalt Extremes are also pretty good, though their tool selection is pretty limited.
