Honestly fyi unless you plan on getting a home or auto loan in the next few months you don't need to worry about pulls on your score. It will bounce back quick
I also applied and was approved for a Capital One Savor card, and just finished spending $500 and got the $200 bonus a few days later. I also referred one family member for a Savor card, they applied and were approved, and I got the $150 referral bonus right away, and they'll get their $200 bonus after they spend $500. Plus one of us also applied and was approved for an Amazon card, with an additional modest $60 bonus.
So between us, that's 3x $200 + $60 new card bonuses plus a $100 referral and a $150 referral bonus, for a total of $910 in free money for basically spending money we were mostly going to spend anyway on things we needed and utility bills and such. And this in addition to each card's rewards bonuses, which add up. And we're not necessarily done yet. We might do some traveling later this year, making an Amex Delta Skymiles card tempting.
Little do these card companies know that they'll make little to nothing on us as we pay off balances in full now. But they know that's the risk going on.
