Lots of bad reviews for 2+ years about the parts not removable and growing mold within the silicone and not just surface mold.

I have been using this container for water daily for 7 years now. It does not leak, but the lid has a piece of silicone that does mold. However it can be removed and cleaned up if you pull on it, but by design that is the single worse part of this container. It is 64oz so one container a day is a good daily practice for drinking water. It carries well due to the handle, and mine has stood up to lots of abuse. The locking mechanism is simple yet effective, and even though I do not use it for hot drinks it does a good job at keeping ice for an entire day as long as the container is kept inside or within a reasonable temperature range. I paid $20 for mine on Black Friday, so at $15 I highly recommend this container depending on your personal use and desire.
