I did some research and ended up buying the V8 animal+ from Costco this evening for $299. Dyson doesn't accept returns from eBay and has only 6 months warranty and too many people receiving used units with dirt intact. With Costco, you get 2 years warranty from Dyson and 2 more years from my Costco credit card and brand new. So I figured the $100 was worth the extra 3.5 years warranty and new unit.

PSA for folks with the CC Warranty:
You need to get a bill of repair or unrepairability for an item. If you're like me and bought a shark IQ vac or other item from a company that doesn't give those: you're pretty SOL

Was about to post the same...ours came a week earlier than expected.

Hey y'all—I'm in the market for a Dyson. The model naming conventions are highly confusing, but seems like the V8 Absolute is widely considered to be a solid option.

Curious if anyone has bought from QVC before?
Is this a legit deal?
