I had a little difficulty at first. To order it, use OP's store zip 91731 but change the delivery zip code of where you want it shipped to. Initially when I didn't change the shipping zip and left it the same as the store zip code, it showed unavailable for shipping. But when I changed the shipping zip code to where I am, it allowed me to have it delivered for $8.99.

If you can use PayPal, I would, it's fast, and the Ship To address to automatically sent, Home Depot cannot change that Ship To address, since PayPal takes priority.
