Do you know the wattage requirements for your work laptop? The most common configurations documented should ensure that your laptop will receive either 30W or 48W via the USB C1 port.

45W is very common for a number of laptops, but so is 60W. 30W laptop ratings are more typical for lower power laptops (like thin and light laptops and Chromebooks).

So if your laptop needs 45W these are the only valid use cases for you:

Single port output:
USB-C1: DC5V/3A, 9V/3A, 12/3A, 15V/3A, 20V/2.4A (48W max)
Dual port output:
USB-C1 + USB-A1=48W+18W=66W
USB-C1 + USB-A2=48W+18W=66W
USB-C1 + (USB-A1 + USB-A2) =48W+16W=64W

If your laptop will run from a 30W port just make sure you're always plugging into C1 and you're fine regardless of how many other devices you plug in to all the other ports.

And if your laptop requires a 60W or higher charger the Rosewill may charge your laptop, albeit slowly and/or potentially only when the laptop is powered off.

Good luck!
Jon

Single port output:
USB-C1: DC5V/3A, 9V/3A, 12/3A, 15V/3A, 20V/2.4A (48W max)
USB-C2: DC 5V/3A, 9V/2A, 12V/1.5A (18W max)
USB-A1 or USB-A2(QC3.0): DC 5V/3A, 9V/2A, 12V/1.5A (18W max)
Dual port output:
USB-C1 + USB-C2=30W+18W=48W
USB-C1 + USB-A1=48W+18W=66W
USB-C1 + USB-A2=48W+18W=66W
USB-C2 + USB-A1=18W +18W=36W
USB-C2 + USB-A2=18W +18W=36W
USB-A1 + USB-A2=DC 5V/3.2A(16W)
USB-C1 + USB-C2 + USB-A1=30W+18W+18W=66W
USB-C1 + USB-C2 + USB-A2=30W+18W+18W=66W
USB-C1 + (USB-A1 + USB-A2) =48W+16W=64W
USB-C2 + (USB-A1 + USB-A2) =18W+16W=34W
USB-C1 + USB-C2 + (USB-A1+USB-A2) =30W+18W+16W=64W
