I owned this exact model from Costco and decided to take it back after assembly. Most Lifetime products are bullet proof, but this thing seemed cheap. Thin plastic, poor instructions and a lid that doesn't align easily with the sidewalls.

I built mine last year. I feel it is okay quality... I have no issues with it. I could see what you mean maybe if something was over tightened and is No longer aligning but mine has been fine. The lid does need sometimes need to be moved slightly so that the lock holes align. However for me, Most importantly, it Has been dry as a bone inside. At this price I have been very happy with my purchase.

has anyone successfully put some wheels onto the bottom of this thing? i was contemplating adding wheels so i can roll it out from underneath my shorter deck.

Regarding Keter products in general, they are cheaply made thin hard plastic. I had a 230 gallon and 150 gallon deck boxes from Sams and wound up returning both due to warping and other issues. I bought the xxxl oversized deck box from bjs and it has he'd up very well. I will be looking for this one from Lifetime
