Damn man have a little self awareness. Some people like stuff that you don't like, that's okay, I'm sure they don't like a lot of crap that you like. The difference is, they're not pathetic enough to walk into a room full of fans of something, and start trashing on their interests.

In short, noooobody cares.
Wait, this isn't a real lightsaber?!
Great idea, I'll hand that plasma torch to my 4 year old and see what happens!

It's back on sale again - if anyone didn't pick it up last time. The hilt is a really nice design, and if you do conversions this isn't a bad one to throw a proffie/neopixel setup into.

Also have to add, I have this version. Good saber, but I'm not sure if anyone else had this issue with one of the "crossguard" blades, I can't do a full twist or the circuit considers it "off" so I have do to a half twist to get it to fully light up.

I love Star Wars as much as the next guy, but come on people these are just cheap plastic tubes with LEDs in them. You have got to be nuts to spend $150 on these when you're just using your imagination anyways (Disney would charge you a couple hundred bucks to use that too, if they could)

I wouldn't buy it either, but I just saw a YouTube vid review on this thing and it's definitely not just plastic tubes with leds, looks well worth the price tbh.

Not even a half-butt attempt at one. The cool thing is, for $150 you can get real devices that work with real lasers, plasma, and all kinds of other real world non-disney physics. Those are more interesting than $5 worth of plastic and LEDs from Hasbro to me, and if the characters from Star Wars were real, I think it would be a lot more interesting to them too.

Here's a fun example:

Go away with that. If you're not showing a better deal for this plastic tube then go away because I would buy this real quick.
