Available at some store locations as well as online w/ free shipping. Retail is shown as 299, but according to CCC the average is around 220 or so. It's been out of stock at Amazon since 2019, but there are a few 3rd party sellers selling the renewed model for this same price. The big difference being that Walmart is selling them brand new, not renewed/refurb.
It's an older model without all the bells and whistles, but it's effective, and dang quiet. Note that it doesn't come with a remote, so the app is required to set a cleaning schedule. You can manually press the clean button to get it to run without the app, though.

another thing I was wondering if the app allows you to block off certain areas?

Cleaning is pretty good.
It doesn't have mapping option. For my home I needed that as I wanted a certain area to be cleaned often.

I have 3.5 robot vacuums. I bought a neato d6 new from Kohl's ($100!). The other 2.5 are from marketplace. Roomba & a broken shark 750 & working shark.
The shark 750 is my favorite. It's the quietest & does a good job.
My shark 750 would have to recharge multiple times to do 2,000 sq feet. But i bought mine used so not sure about how old the battery is.
